These automated systems are designed to mechanically apply protective, rigid corner boards to packed pallets, preventing product crushing, stabilizing shifts, and reinforcing high-volume loads before they enter the shipping channel.

Strategic Industrial Strapping Alliance

I partner directly with Pac Strapping to integrate their elite vertical and horizontal strapping machines into my packaging systems. This alliance allows me to equip your production lines with high-speed, heavy-tension strapping systems that bind, unitize, and secure raw materials or finished products onto pallets automatically. By linking these machines directly with my edge protection hardware, I can deliver a single, fluid wrapping and strapping sequence.

Autonomous Material Handling Alliance

To complete the final phase of warehouse automation, through Pac Strapping, I am also partnered with Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR) to deploy advanced Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). These self-navigating vehicles navigate complex, dynamic factory floors safely alongside your staff without magnetic floor strips or fixed tracks. They seamlessly bridge the gap between the packaging line and the shipping dock by automatically receiving wrapped, strapped pallets and transporting them straight to their outbound staging areas.
